Spent Xmas at a cozy hotel close to both Cologne and Dusseldorf. The warm and friendly staff made us feel at home. Best aspects were the delicious breakfast with German specialties and the comfortable rooms with free Wi-Fi. The convenient location near the train station and city center allowed us to easily explore the area.
While the rooms were clean, they were slightly dated. It was a bit of a challenge finding nearby restaurants and bars, so having a car or relying on taxis would be recommended.

This hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood and it is difficult to commute without a car or taxi. the room was clean and cozy but dated. the bathroom had all the basic amenities but nothing extraordinary. the service was accommodating and friendly. the breakfast selection was great and had all the ingredients for an authentic German breakfast. the parking facility was available.
The view from the hotel room was disappointing and had nothing interesting to offer.
